Sean's boss was nice enough to give us their playground because his daughters are both teens now and they haven't used it in awhile. Sean went to pick it up on Saturday and spent Sunday putting it back together. It needs to be stained again and it needs a new roof over the fort part but it's still in good condition and Olivia LOVES it. We had been looking at Rainbow playgrounds and it would have cost about $5,000 for a similar one. There are some monkey bars Sean still needs to attach to it but he needed help holding them up and I couldn't. I tried but it was a little heaving and pregnant women aren't supposed to lift above their heads. Along with the playground, they sent up two pretty cool bikes. They are still kind of big but Olivia got the hang of it and was able to move it. She also got a new sandbox. We had a pretty busy weekend getting it all set up. We still want to put in some landscaping ties and fill in the area with mulch. It will be nice to have something to do outside now. I want her to love being outdoors. Next is a pool - maybe next year:)
The picture of the bird house that is falling apart is for my mom to show my grandpa - I need a new one!! He built it for me a few years back and it has been used so much that it's falling apart. There are actually baby birds inside of it right now. I hope it doesn't drop to the ground before they are able to fly.
I had a doctor's appointment today. I'm 36 weeks along now and if the baby doesn't arrive by his due date (May 26th) I'm going to be scheduled to be induced on that day. My doctor said it wasn't a problem. My feet and legs have been really swollen lately and it's been close to 90 every day down here. I'm ready for it to be over.
