My baby got his first haircut!!

Beau is only 9 months old but he needed a haircut already. We took him on Saturday to Snippits and he did great. He looks like a little man now and not a baby which makes me sad but his new haircut is really cute. I just can't believe we had to do it so early. Olivia didn't get her first haircut until she was almost two. She was bald for a LONG time.

Beau had a rough two months in January and February with three consecutive ear infections. He's been over the last one now for about 2 weeks so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. We did take him to an ENT doctor last week but his ears were finally clear so they made an appointment for us at the end of April to check again and to do a hearing test. I'm hoping that was the last of his infections. He was waking up every night with a fever over 104 degrees.

We've finally moved him into Olivia's crib in her old room and moved her into the guest room. We still need to paint her new room pink (her choice) and move all of her stuff over. Beau is currently sleeping in a very "girly" room. They are both doing really well with the transition.

We also started giving Beau a bath in a bigger tub instead of the infant one in our kitchen sink. It's a big yellow blow up duckie - Olivia had the same one. She of course had to try it out again too. She barely fits but she doesn't mind. She's taken all of her baths in it this week.
